    hi mates...
I want to connect almost 7 computers using Bluethooth Class 3 or 1 devices. They all lie in the vicinity of 30ft.
Can anyone recommend any good article as to how i can connect 7 computers using bluetooth or guide me to do this.
Do i need Access Point as we use in Wi-Fi like WAP54G???
actually i never heared about Bluetooth Access Point.
Furthermore,I know the limitation of speed, distance and security in bluetooth networking.Actually, a makeshift networking has to be deployed in an organization.

30ft - whats wrong with Cat 5 and Ethernet!, 2nd Choice Wifi. From the little experience I have had with Bluetooth I would stay well clear - its not supported properly by Windows (XP SP2 added some support and broke 3rd party) but Broadcom do now allow you to update their Widcomm drivers directly - if you have hardware they had a hand in making. And the data transfer rate? I think they would use most of the bandwidth in overhead and run slower than dial-up modems!

hi can i configure master in bluetooth network of 8 computers...
how can i configure PICONET??? master created dynamically or do i have create manually...i have installed WIDCOMM Class 1 bluetooth dongle...i cant see any configuration of Master in its menu...
i read in a google search article that in 8 computers of bluetooth network...there must be a master computers(which act as a access point)....and rest are slave...
so....above-mentioned Master/Slave relationship builds dynamically or manually....
