Hey I was wondering what the best course of action would be and how to do it. I have a 3.1v wrt54g so i do not have any room for a jffs partition so i have just been running bwlog in the /tmp folder but when the router restarts i have to reinstall. I dont know much about linux can i setup some kind of startup script that will allow me to reinstall and restore from the latest backup on the ftp server. Or any other idea's.

I have it set up exactly like the way that you wanted. Using the info on the home site (FAQ section)

But point the wget command to your own ftp server and it should all work.
