I just upgraded to a WRT54G to have wireless capability. Anyone know if the BEFSR4 wired router I had previously been using can be used as just a switch, and if so, which of the ports would be the uplink? Thanks,

You can use any of the lan ports for an uplink, the router effectively acts as a switch as long as you dont use the wan port and you turn off dhcp.
