Can login to WVC54G at work, but can't see image

    If it was my company firewall, I wouldn't even be able to get to the camera options interface, right? As is is, I can do everything but see the image. It's just a small blue box where the image should be, about .5" x .5" (I for some reason can't attach a screen cap). Looks like it may be the image border.

    It works for my wife at her office.

    Any suggestions? Perhaps a video codec issue? But I get no errors...

    Could be that your company is blocking the download of active X controls. It is needed in order to view the video. Try installing the viewer recorder utility and viewing the video with that.

    Johnny - I've come to a similar conclusion. At home I have a file called NetCamPlayerWeb11g.ocx installed in my IE browser. That's the ActiveX control I think I need.

    I do not have it at work. XP SP2 is supposed to trigger an automatic install of it, but that is likely disabled.

    I've struck out trying to find a way to manually install it.

    Anybody have any suggestions?
