i flashed my wrt54gl with tomato and was able to access the general UI with no problems.

I have wrt54gl connected to a wcg200. (54gl is going to be my new wireless AP and wcg200 my dhcp server)

I turned off the dhcp server on the 54gl using tomato and rebooted the device.

Now when I enter the IP address for the 54gl to access tomato, there is no username/password screen pop up.

    Any tips??

I did more digging and was able to find the hard reset procedure for tomato flashed wrt54gl routers.

In case any newbies want to know how to get back to baseline settings to recover from something similar just hold down the reset button on the back of the router for 30 seconds. If you hold it down for under 30 seconds it does only a soft boot.

The 30 second hard reset rescued me and I can now access my tomato action, woot.

well if u wanna access the router after disabling dhcp

1st, set your computer to be on the same subnet as the router(depending on what you configured it to be on). be sure to avoid the router's ip
then, simply type in the router ip address in a browser (=
