Can RV042 connect to a PPTP server?

    I have a linux PPTP server catering to a handul of users, i wonder if it is possible to connect the RV042 establish a tunnel (as a client) to the PPTP server.

    Thats a very interesting thought, I would have to speculate for the RV series no, however I do not see why it should not be possible if you were running a firmware where you could generate a scritp telling it to do so.

    You can add a WRT54GL with a DD-WRT firmware that can be a PPtP server and PPtP client behind your RV. I am testing this solution with a WRV200 and WRT54GL. Note that IPSEC is more secured than PPtP!
