Can't get DHCP working with WET

Hoping someone here can help me. After a bit of head scratching, I've got my Thibor14 54g to connect in WET mode to an Apple Airport Express that provides my internet connection.

In fact it took me a while to realise I had succeeded because the one thing that doesn't work for me is that LAN clients on the 54g can't get DHCP addresses. Once I set my PC to a static IP on the same subnet though, I can connect to the Airport, browse the Internet and everything works great.

First off, am I even right in thinking this should work?? I disabled DHCP on the 54g according to the instructions on thibor's site, so I thought I'd then be able to get an IP address from the Airport (it's working for DHCP for wireless clients).

I guess it's not the end of the world if I can't get this working (I'm so happy to get iTunes sharing between my LAN PC and wireless laptop), but it would be nice to not have to deal with static IPs. Anyone got an idea how I could troubleshoot this?

Oh, and I'd better include the customary HUGE THANKS to thibor for his great work on this great firmware! It still amazes me what I can do with that cheap little router I bought :D

it ought to work, maybe you should disable the Firewall on the 54g if you haven't already done so.
