Hi i have WAG354G-EU, with 1.01.05.. With my previous modem i was able to create a .bat file to change my ip automatically. But with linksys since it assigns me a "fake" ip through DHCP i haven't been able to find a way to do it except disconnecting and reconnecting, which would be fine if i didn't have to get into the menu every time and wait to disconnect and recconect. SO, the question is is there some kind of "order" like the one i used with the .bat file to do this with my linksys. Thx :)

For the .bat file i said i created a txt file and put the following orders in:
    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /registerdns
    ipconfig /setclassid
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    and renamed it to .bat

    Thx ppl...

I'm having the same problem using wrt54GS V5 router and I really need your help.

Is there any way to run a program/script that will tell to the router to disconnect and reconnect to the internet?

    Thanks in advanced.
