Using AndreDVJ's fw on an R8000-I'm getting pretty slow USB 3.0 speeds and wanted to try using Paragon's driver. I can't seem to change the options on the "NTFS Driver" slot-do I need to install Paragon's drivers first? Thanks!

NTFS-3G is a filesystem driver. It does not affect the speeds obtained by the USB 3.0 port itself.

Yes you can't, and it's on purpose. Long story short, R8000 isn't licensed to use Tuxera driver that's available in SDK7. Paragon isn't available as an option because the binary blob isn't there.

Ok, thanks for answer. Any other ways to improve USB3 speeds on my external HDD? When I try to stream videos from the HDD connected to the router, I get a lot of skipping. Thanks!

Genie is the only solution for USB3 speeds in R8000 unfortunately. That's among the reasons my R8000 here is my spare router.

ext3 should be faster than ntfs though I don't think it'll be night and day faster.
