Configuring RV042 Load balance by time of day

I am using the RV042 with WAN1 being 1.5Mbps unmetered and WAN2 being 15Mbps but metered (in other words I pay on a per Megabyte basis for all data going through this pipe). I'd like to figure out how to optimally configure the router so non-critical data gets pulled from WAN1 since it is unmetered.

I would propose that during the day when users are interactively surfing the web to have the RV042 load balance between the two links. However at night when system update files are download, etc. I'd like to strictly use the WAN1 link. I see where I can do protocol bindings to a particular WAN link but this doesn't allow for time of day settings. I was thinking that I could setup a firewall access rule that denied all access to WAN2 during nightime hours but wasn't sure if this would work.

Any suggestions on the best way to achieve what I am trying to do (ie. save $$ by having non-critical data routed to the unmeteredlink). Thanks for any suggestions.
