    Good Evening

I am trying to get this configuration to work but to no avail.

The DW7000 is a MODEM/ROUTER with an IP It is connected to my wired router (acting like switch) in normal LAN port not WAN.

First WRT54G (#1) is connected in normal LAN port on my wired router (acting like switch). It is functioning as I can connect to it with my Laptop and access either internet or intranet.

Second computer/WRT54G (#2) doesn’t connect period. I flashed DD-WRT to give it the extra features (AP,etc).

What configuration does the WRT54G’s have to be in order to work?

if the 2nd router is connected through the switch port (so its just extending the network/adding more ports) you should set the LAN ip address to something valid, like and disable DHCP on this router. on the first router make sure DHCP pool does not start at, if it is change it to start at 0.3 or something higher
