Custom start/end days in bandwidth monitor?

I looked at installing Tomato several months ago but went for DD-WRT instead because Tomato didn't have very good bandwidth monitoring (DD-WRT didn't have any better, but I found a script I could run which did).

Anyway, I'm very happy with DD-WRT, it's stable, fast and trouble free. My only complaint is that the custom script I installed to check bandiwdth usage isn't very accurate for some reason (it often reports 3-4 times more traffic than I am actually generating).

So, I came back to check on the progress of Tomato and I see it has jumped quite a few versions and claims to have a better bandwidth monitor now, but I can't find any screenshots or documentation on exactly how it works.

My main requirement for be the ability to set a beginning day for the month, not calculate usage for the whole month but calculate usage for example from the 19th of every month to the 18th of the next month (when my ISP's usage meter ticks over). Does Tomato have this feature? Can anybody point me towards some screenshots or manual pages that explain how the bandwidth monitor works? (I found a short flash animation that was helpful, but too short).

In Tomato you are able to set a start day. So this should be possible. Here is a screenshot of the configuration page of Bandwidthmonitor. Hope this helps a bit.
