Is there a way to display only dhcp leases on the device list page and hide the static assignments (nvram setting or a config file)? The page does not handle static addresses well and I am really only interested in the dhcp leases anyway. I already have a separate page where I can view my static assignments. Thank you in advance.

    Is this not possible?

I don't think there is an easy way to do this.

You can take a copy of /www/status-devices.asp, copy it to the directory /var/wwwext (create the directory if it doesn't already exist), and then modify it in any way you want. You can then get the information you want as
    http://<router name>/ext/status-devices.asp

The directory /www on the tomato device is read only, so you can't just modify the file in place.

I tried creating the separate page with no luck. But the router is polling the static information from the arp table. if i run arp -d <hostname> the host drops from the device list until the router receives another arp request. So I am assuming unless I wanted to change the status-devices.asp page in the source and recompile I do not think anything further can be done. Thank you for the help.
