This is a new install. I did the thorough NVRAM cleaning. The router is at defaults with exception of the wireless network names and encryption keys.

This router does not have a USB port. How do I pipe the LOG to some external storage to see what is happening when it reboots? Any hints or ideas?
    Using Advanced Tomato E2500-1.28.AT-RT-N5x-MIPSR2-3.5-140-Max.bin

    Any recommendations?

FWIW, I use Visual Syslog Server as my remote server.

I use a MAC so I will have to find something comparable.
