e4200 switching from dd-wrt for QoS

    I'm running a build of DD-WRT on my E4200 at the moment, but i'm thinking of jumping to Tomato as I read it's QoS is better.
    I have a 100mbps download line which DD-WRT only allows 50bmps through (even on highest priority and nobody else using it)

    Do you think i'll see an improvement using Tomato? Is it capable of managing a 100mbps connection?

    I'm also looking for firmware which supports some kind of DLNA server, has Tomato got what it takes?

    Hi, I have run Tomato for a few years now, first with wrt54 series of router , now with my e4200 v1.
    Vicktek's, Shibby's, Toastman' s they are all very good. I did try a fractal build of dd-wrt as well, with Steve Jenkins help :- http://stevejenkins.com/blog/2013/01/my-cisco-linksys-e4200-dd-wrt-settings-for-max-speed/

    Tomato does have "what it takes", you just need to pick one of the 3 and see which one is better for your hardware and setup. All excellent in my opinion.
