I want to have a list of MACs who are granted full bandwidth, MACs not on the list are limited to x upload and y download. LAN speeds should not affected by these rules.

Whats the best way to achieve this?

Dont think QoS is what im after.

Tried it but im unsure how to get what i want.

I tick "Secure your network" which limits download to 1kb for users not on the list, what about upload?

How do i add users with no cap/priority etc?

Also what is SFQ for tomato only?
