I have a v.40 G model, and do not use it to connect to the internet, but use it as my own, in house hot-spot. I have my own wired network, and use Astaro to firewall the internet. I would like to see if anybody has firmware, or can tell me how to do dhcp forwarding. I already have a DHCP server, and hand out more than the standard option tags, and I would like my wireless network to get addresses from the same source.

    I currently have this loaded:

    Firmware Version : v4.20.6 - HyperWRT 2.1b1 (Rupan)

If i understand you correctly, you simply want to use your pre-existing dhcp server instead of using the linksys one? Just disable the linksys dhcp server and make sure that the dhcp server that you already have is plugged into the switch side of the device (not the WAN) or connects wirelessly. You should be fine.
