Hi, I have an issue where the WRT54GC firmware update was done from a laptop connected wirelessly. Yes it wasted the router. It now acts like a hub/switch.

Is there a way to recover from this?

You cannot access the router setup at all now even from a wired connection by going to the default IP. Reset doesnt work either.

    Is it toast?

Can you ping it? You didn't happen to set boot_wait=on, did you? Also, what do the LEDs do, and what firmware WAS on and what was being flashed?
