My router (WRT54GSv4) i 2 days old and i'd really like not to brick it.
Right now i have DD-WRT but it's not working very good at all.
So, If i want to flash to thibor's HyperWRT is it just to do it through the Management -> Flash ? Or do i have to do something more?

i did EXACTLY what you want to do.
i was running dd-wrt, then i upgraded to thibor
all you have to do is go in the management tab and then to the upgrade the firmware tab.
and you then load the firmware, and your done.
    it's as easy as that.
my experience with thibor is that it is much more stable than dd-wrt.

I always use the Linksys TFTP utility. If you attempt to flash a firmware that is incompatible with your router, if will let you know immediately ("Wrong code pattern").
