Forward ICMP traffic based on TOS?

Okay loaded up this firmware over the weekend and thanks to this forum got my WOL working.

Now this is kind of a weird one figure I'll ask. The windows ping utility has an option to specify a TOS (type of service) lets say I specify 255.

Now I have noe idea what that TOS is for and I have never seen or heard about anyone using it but is their anyway to get the ICMP traffic forwarded to an IP address on the lan side based on that parameter? and have "standard ICMP traffic" (TOS 0) continue to echo the external port on the router? Or the other way around I don't care.

Basically I would be able to ping the router to verify the connection is up and ping the internal client and verify it is up. I know it osunds a little crazy but humor me :)
