I was suprised to discover two machine screws attaching the black under case on which the PCB is attached to in my v.2 GS, to the blue front piece. I didn't expect them, never having read anything about them on this site or others, so as I pushed the legs to pop the blue front piece off, as usual, and I broke out two little screw holes at the end of the black case underneath. Then I heard something rattling around in the legs of the blue piece, so I popped out the rubber stoppers and there they were!

Pull the rubber stoppers on the blue front piece for the late version WRT's and remove the screws before you "pop the hood" to make sure you don't break something more important, like the cool little hidden reset button I had read about on this site but it's location was not revealed. It is activated by pushing the Linksys logo on the front left of the router - the one with the suspension bridge thingy. I haven't tried it yet.
