    I uploaded my wrt54g v4 with v24, I hv a few problems and pls help

    1. Firmware seems to work fine but after a couple of hrs, the web setup page can no longer accessible from IE. The router still working but needed on/off to gain access again...Why?

    2. I hv some startup and firewall scripts running and not sure this was the 'hang' problem. Refer below.

    3. If this is the cause, how could I or the correct way of doing it, Please help...

    4. How could I hv the 'front button LED' off after reboot. It is on after every reboot...

    Startup script:

    1) to avoid timeout
    echo 4096 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_conntrack_max
    echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/icmp_echo_ignore_broadcasts
    echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/icmp_ignore_bogus_error_responses
    echo 512 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/neigh/default/gc_thresh1
    echo 2048 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/neigh/default/gc_thresh2
    echo 4096 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/neigh/default/gc_thresh3
    echo "600 1800 120 60 120 120 10 60 30 120" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_conntrack_tcp_timeouts

    2.Uses front button LED to show WLAN state. Amber LED indicates one or more associated clients, white LED flashes when data is sent over WLAN.
    I=`nvram get wl0_ifname`

    while sleep 1; do
    if [ "`wl assoclist`" != "" ]; then
    XFER=`ifconfig $I|grep bytes`
    if [ "$XFER" != "$PXFER" ]; then
    LED='gpio disable 3 ; gpio disable 2'
    LED='gpio disable 3 ; gpio enable 2'
    LED='gpio enable 3 ; gpio enable 2'

    if [ "$LED" != "$PLED" ]; then
    eval $LED

    Firewall script:
    To access my modem page

    ifconfig vlan1:0 netmask
    iptables -I POSTROUTING -t nat -o vlan1 -d -j MASQUERADE
    ip addr add dev vlan1 brd +

    pls help, thank you very much.
