Hi, everybody. I just moved into a dorm room at Asia Pacific University in Japan. I'm from Oklahoma, so I'm a long way from home. They have a VDSL connection that you log on to with a username and password. I can hook the ethernet cable directly into the computer and use the internet no problem, but I want to run the cable into my WRT54G router so I can use wireless internet. If I plug the VDSL cable into the router's internet jack I can connect wirelessly to the router but I can't access the internet. I don't have a manual with the router, just the router.
A secondary objective would be to set up the router to have a password of its own so that it is a secure wireless connection. Again, since all I got was the router, I don't know how to do this.
If anyone can help me set this up it will be very greatly appreciated.
    Thanks so much!

    Oh, yeah

It might be helpful for me to mention that it's a PPPoE connection. Thanks again!

Nevermind... I found the manual online and it's working now! Thanks anyways.
