I was recently storing my bandwidht history in nvram or maybe in vram.... When i chose to change it to cifs it reseted my data.

Does anyone know if i can try to export the data from nvram and restore it? It tried a telnet connection to see what was in nvram and couldnt find a store.

Anyone know how i can recover the data if its still in nvram?

I assume you could just use the backup and restore option in the Bandwidth monitoring section..

I had another question regarding bandwidth monitoring... Are there any adverse effects to logging to NVRAM every hour? Is there only so many write-cycles that NVRAM is capable of or does that only apply to flash?

Same applies to flash and NVRAM - CIFS strongly recommended, else write to NVRAM or jffs as rarely as practicibly managable.
