Help with wireless router and laptops, about to cry

    I bought a Wireless G WKPC54G router. It came with a Wireless-G Card.

    then I bought another Wireless-G WKPC54G card.

NOW. I have two laptops and a pc. The PC is always connected to the router and ALWAYS gets internet access. After installing/uninstalling/running wizards a million times I finally got both the laptops to get internet access.

Here's the catch. Everytime my parents pick up one of the laptops they scream at me that it doesn't work.

    "Why doesn't it work?"
"You don't have any idea why it doesn't work?"
"Contact linksys and figure out why it doesn't work!"
"You have to have the slightest clue why it doesn't work"

SO I yank the laptop out of my hand, almost wanting to throw it against the wall, and go to the little adapter card program and tell it to connect to the router. sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. but 90% of the time it ends up with me having to come up and RESTART the router.

    so in summary:

    1. laptops don't connect upon OPENING LAPTOP AND GOING TO WEB BROWSER
    2. I have to unplug router and plug it back in.

I only do this maybe 25 times a day, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
