how to config static route with remote vpn site?

    how to add network and to RV082 via vpn tunnel?

    and howto enable nat on RV016 for 192.168.1 and 192.168.2 network?

    Without doing some NAT tricks you normally can't static route subnets over VPNs that don't have that subnet included in the config (that keeps the VPN secure). You would typically create a second VPN that has the 2nd subnet configured. That is the normal way but I've found that the RVx can be difficult to do that depending on the config you require. Another way is to designate a subnet config on a single VPN that will include both desired subnets.
