    Hello all,
Im not sure if anyone here has been following the other threads in this forum on the WAG354G Router/Modem ADSL 2+ but there has been some interesting issues. After reading these issues I decided I would buy the equipment to replace a D Link 300T and WRT54G combination.

Everything on the router setup absolutely fine, the wireless in particular I was very impressed with the signal was brilliant, in some cases better than my DD-WRT wireless AP.

The only problem that I have had which is rather critical is the new WAG354G doesnt connect to my ADSL server provided (Bulldog Broadband), I know that the line is not down by checking it with the previous modem, and I know the settings are correct for definate. All the obvious issues have be double checked.

Then I checked the forum again to find that this issue seemed to be a problems for others. Apparently there is a problem with the PPPoA and this is due to the firmware. Then I read that there is plan and progress by the hyperWRT team to get firmware for this router. Before I carry on thank you!

Has this problem been investigated by your team and if so will it be resolved in you new firmware?

And if anyone is aware of this problem and can shed more specific light on it so that the development of the new firmware so it has a fighting chance to make a modem work

I could be wrong, but I do not think anyone here is developing for the WAG354G -- HyperWRT is strictly for the WRT54G(S).
