I'm awful at Tomato

    Good Morning,

I got the Linksys WRT54G from Newegg and realized that I wasn't getting a strong enough signal to a few areas in my house. Enter, Tomato! I went through all of the steps found on Lifehacker.com and set up was really easy. However, once I logged into Tomato, the wifi stopped working on the router. The router still behaves as it should for other online devices that are hooked up to it, however, the wifi is disabled (even though the basic settings in Tomato say "enabled.") I've done searches for "Tomato disabled my wifi" and can't find a single hit. Everyone on the planet has posted messages that say "It was easy!" and "Works great!", and of course, I'm the only person that says "Works okay, but my wifi is gone."

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm not too tech savvy, which I'm sure you've already noted by now.

try to access it via ssh and run
    radio on
    radio ?
    to see all the options

Also I would suggest keeping an eye on the log file when you do so or try to enable/disable wireless via the web GUI

Whenever some strange occurrence like this happens, we always ask the same question, did you erase NVRAM after flashing the firmware? Quite often it solves the problem.
