My first post so excuse me if I am asking a divvy question, yes I have used the search button before posting this :D

Is it possible in any of the 3rd party firmwares out there to a create port forward of this nature displayed in the below picture.

I want to allow all ports to be accessible for a specific inbound IP but block all other IP's that dont match this rule.

Most routers allow one computer to be signated as a DMZ. There is no firewall filtering for that computer. The computer must have a fixed IP Address for this to function properly.

    Thanks for your reply.

I was hoping not to put this computer into the dmz cause of the problems that can arise from doing this, filtering in this manner gives better security as you only allow one IP through with all ports available.

So none of the 3rd party firmwares have this ability...

I have read some were you can use ipfilters to perform this very task, are you aware of how I go about doing this?
