    Heh, well I lost my cd... and I uhhhh..... need a way to install the router without a CD, anyone mind telling me where I could download such a file?

    you do not need a CD to configure a router, whatever router you may have.

    if default settings are currently in place:

    leave the username blank
    type in "admin" for the password.

    From there, you have a nice graphical interface to configur your router

    Well, let me tell you what I did. I deleted the my internet connection inside the folder "Internet connections" in my control panel.... somehow. Could you tell me what I have to do o_o

    You have an icon called Local Area Connection in your Network Connections folder? That represents your network adapter connection in Windows. The Internet Connection icon represents something entirely different.

    1. Connect your modem to the router's WAN port
    2. Connect any LAN port to the computer's network adapter
    3. Turn on the power to the router
    4. Local Area Connection icon will show it is acquiring network address.
    5. When done, open your Internet Explorer and follow the instructions given by jgutz20

    go to pubs..... network look for ur router model no with version u'll get the setup ok.
