Is it just me or has anyone else noticed a significant increase in speed after installing tomato when it comes to webpage loading?

One example I used to see all the time was It would bounce between a and some other url for 3-7 seconds(not exactly sure of urls), then it would load, now it insta-loads all the time... same with every other website.

Tomato firmware rules, but one question, does it come with a bandwidth limiting feature? I couldn't find it if it does but I want to be able to limit the speed of certain IP addresses, so for example, only gets 100KB/s upstream and 100KB/s downstream. Is this possible?

    It's just you. :p

Really though, it depends where you are coming from.

As for your other question, QOS can limit bandwidth.

Ok, the scripts work at first but it seems like after 15 minutes they stop capping and anyone can download at full throttle again... do you know why? I also tried using the QoS and same thing happened. I'm using the WRT54GL, so any suggestions? Do you know if the script and QoS might conflict? I'd prefer to use script.
