Just switched to Tomato (1.25) and now Firefox address bar search is broken

So I have a WRT-54Gv5 and my buddy has been raving about tomato so he tracked down a cheap v3 on craigslist which was in great condition and we loaded Tomato 1.25 on it. It works well and the interface is great. I've been looking at things but haven't really gotten too much into it.

One major problem I have no, however, is that I can no longer type a phrase into the address bar in firefox and have it run a google search like it did before (mostly the 'I'm feeling lucky' option is gone if the overwhelming amount of people went to a page), an example will probably illustrate my problem:
Before: type in 'Amazon' into address bar, would automatically be taken to Amazon
Now: type in 'Amazon' into address bar, now am taken to Google results for 'Amazon'

It's not a huge thing, but it's something I'm so used to that it's really annoying me. I've done some google searching and I notice using OpenDNS.com or something produces similar results, but try as I might, fiddling with DNS on tomato won't bring things back to the way they were. I know this is something caused by the new router since it only happened once I switched so I'm hoping someone here with more knowledge of DNS/this type of situation can share me some knowledge.

Log into your router's administration page, go to "Advanced" and then "DHCP/DNS". Is the top line "Use Internal Caching DNS Forwarder" checked? If it is, uncheck it and save. You will then need to release and renew your IP from the PC.

Start, Run "Ipconfig /release" (no quotes)
Start, Run "Ipconfig /renew" (again, no quotes).

See how that goes. Otherwise, did you have a special DNS used with your previous router?

Damn, I did that before but forgot to release and renew my IP from my computer!

Thanks for the help, works as it used to (just typed woot and it went to woot.com)!
