    Hey guys

I'm new to this forum, so firstly want to apologise if this is in the wrong place!

What I'm after is some unbiased views on the KiSS1600 dvd, wireless streaming player.

I only just saw it advertised and thought at first glance it was the answer to all my prayers. The whole media centre thing just does not appeal for various reasons.

I did some searching and have only seen really rather poor reviews. Being a long time linksys user I can't believe it is as bad as the reviews make out, as everything else I use from them and also the technical support (only once I have had to ring them due to a vicious power outtage years ago) is absolutely brilliant.

So, I wondered if any members here can give me their unbiased opinion of the player.

Thirdly, the documentation is a little sparse as to what it will actually play.

I see from this post that it now plays iso images with a firmware upgrade.

Can this be done ok over a wireless network, also if I were to have a VIDEO_TS file on the remote computer is the player able to play this as well?

FYI, the player would only be connected to a bog standard TV via scart (at the mo anyway)

Thank you for any information at all, it would be truely appreciated

    Oh well!

I thought surely there must be someone on here who had one!

    Thanks anyway
