What I am trying to do is let my nextdoor neighbour to connect to my LAN with his wireless network card, but not give them access to the internet.

This is so we can do some filesharing and play games together.

    Any idea's?

It would be good if the Wireless Security section looked a bit like the Static DNS section, so as to give permission for certon MAC address's access, but also with a tick box weather or not to allow them internet access.

If you are able to help, even with a startup script, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    Ka Hooli

Why don't you just block port 80 on his MAC addy?

Because if he is using any other software for the net (eg Messenger, P2P, IRC, etc...) they will still get through.

The Access Restrictions feature should work. Specify his MAC address & set the rule to Deny internet access 24/7. (Leave the "Blocked Services", "Website Blocking by URL Address", and "Website Blocking by Keyword" options blank.)
