With some versions of DD-WRT I get a message like: "limited or no connection" on my wlan connection.
Rebooting the PC does not help, a reboot of the router does help, this makes me think it's router (or firmware) related.
It mostly occours when the router has been running for more then 2 whole days

    Any suggestions/solutions for this ?
Scheduled reboot is not a solution imo. Certainly not every day.
I'm not using p2p programs, and other computers on my network have the same problem at the same time.

I've had the same problem. I still don't know what the fix is, but it is getting quite annoying. I am thinking about trying out the latest firmware as my WRT54G in client mode runs v23 w/o any errors whatsoever.
