I've been running a WRT54GS at our church for the past two years, mainly for it's Parental Control feature. It's been great and done exactly what we needed it to. The 8 client limit was tight, but we needed exactly eight.

Now when I log in, there's a red banner stating that they are no longer accepting subscription renewals. That means that we lose our filter on 3/18/08. I need to come up with a new solution and I'm coming up blank. This solution really fit all our needs.

    What I'm looking for.
    1. Individual sign-ins for staff.
    2. Real-time filters for specific sites and catagories.
    3. Online reporting

The price was great, and we're willing to pay a bit more if needed. But is anyone familiar with what's out there. The only thing I'm finding with these features are full-blown proxy solutions and our little office doesn't need that much.

not too sure if you want to go down this road but Windows vista has built in Parental control which tbh is not bad. not too sure on which version of the OS this is featured, or you could try adding something like netnanny.

I have the same router and the same desire to filter, and solved the problem by installing the Tomato firmware and using the dynamic DNS to opendns. Configure your opendns account to filter out what you want and the solution *works* great!
