Well I picked up a set of the Logitech Z5450 5.1 with wireless surround. These sound awesome by the way, but they have a rather annoying side affect. They absolutely kill my wireless N,G connectivity with my WRT350N. Bummer

If it runs in the 2.4GHz range i can definitely see that being an issue. I had the same problem with an older 2.4gig phone that ultimately i had to replace with a 5gig to get rid of my problem. Chances are if you move the router away from the speaker transmitter and make sure the speakers do not sit between the router and the hosts you may regain connectivity.

Well no matter what channel, if the Speakers are on, I lose throughput to my wireless router. As a plus though, the speakers never lose and they surrounds sound great.

I can't believe that reputable companies still don't give proper technical details of their products right there, in your face. Anyway, the datasheet http://www.logitech.com/lang/pdf/Logitech_Z-5450_Speakers.pdf says "An integrated 2.4 GHz digital receiver", while the web page http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/US/EN,CRID=2177,CONTENTID=10928 mentions "Adaptive channel hopping with redundant transmissions".

That's the thing - it will most probably use the whole 2.4GHz ISM band, channel 1 right through to 11 or 14, so it will kill your WLAN. Such noisemakers are, IMHO, crap, even if the sound is great. It's similar to software that assumes that it's the only software that runs on your PC, adding little crap programs to the startup that maybe gets used once a month, modifying, deleting..... [ranting stop].

Sorry for the rant ncarbon, but thanks for sharing.
