    Hello all,

About a month ago I subscribed to cox digital telephone. A tech came out and switched out my modem so that I could add the phone, the previous modem was internet only. Since having the new modem I'm having internet disconnects and complete loss. No other devices have been changed and my internet had been rock solid for the last few years. My home router is the E4200.

Cox has been out 4 times so far-
Changed connectors on the street - stated moisture problem
Changed power source - stated wrong one
2 other times checked stuff said all was fine.

Yet, here I am using my phone because I have no internet.

Are the cox telephone modems problematic? I got a great deal for 2 years to try their phone service but if I'm offline 4 days a week it's clearly not worth it. Can you guys recommend anything before I go back to vonage and my previous modem that was stable?
