In previous releases of the WRT54-G firmware, I have always found that enabling the MAC filtering on the Wireless network and permitting only those listed to connect would always break WPA-SPK encrypted connections. Tonight I was happy to discover that the MAC filtering now works properly under the new 4.00.7 firmware and allows my WPA2-SPK connections to be made.

I definitely remember it didn't work with the Linksys 3.01.3 firmware. I believe I also tested it with 3.03.6 at some point as well. The 4.00.7 firmware is the first release that allowed MAC filtering to coexist with WPA-SPK here.
