Maxium WAN speed?

    Hey all,

I am getting FIOS installed in today and was wondering if I should keep my Buffalo WHR-G54S as the main router because I remember reading that it has trouble with WAN speed. I think I read on dslreports that with anything that would take processing time disabled, it can only do 30mbps. I'm getting the 20/5 package from Verizon and just want to make sure that my hardware will be compatible with that (yes I know 20/5 is max speed but it's nice to have the capability).

If this router is not able to do the 20/5 WAN speed, what other (hopefully tomato friendly) router should I look into?

It'll handle 30/5 just fine... I'm using it now...

Have you noticed any slow downs when multiple computers were using apps like skype or bittorrent?

I just want to make sure that this setup will perform well while I'm downloading torrents and my roommate is talking on skype.
