    I use Hyperwrt+tofu7.

    you can use "wl rssi xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx"
    and "epi_ttcp" to see wireless signal level and tcp transfer speeds.

    hi ferko,

    telnet to the first ap and then run this command:

    epi_ttcp -r -s -v -n1000

    then telnet to the second ap and run:

    epi_ttcp -t -s -v -n1000 IP.OF.FIRST:AP

    then you will see the results.... with transfer speed...

    like this one.

    ttcp-t: 8192000 bytes in 4.396756 real seconds = 1.777 MB/sec +++
    ttcp-t: 8192000 bytes in 4.390000 cpu seconds = 1.780 MB/cpu sec
    ttcp-t: 1000 I/O calls, 4.397 msec(real)/call, 4.390 msec(cpu)/call
    ttcp-t: 0.010000user 4.380000sys 0:04real 99.8% 0i+0d 0maxrss 1+0pf 0+0csw
    ttcp-t: buffer address 0x10008000
    ttcp-t: File-Descriptor fd 0x5 Closed
    ttcp done.

    its from my 2 wrt54gs routers in wds-mode (with wpa psk)
