I am unable to install the drivers necessary to use the CIT200, I believe because of driver conflicts. It even seems to conflict with the mouse drivers!!

Under XP SP2 is it possible to install the drivers separately, at present three drivers seem to install at more or less the same time and the USB Human Interface Device always has a problem. Actually this device installed OK once when I cancelled the linksys drivers but then I couldn't install them afterwards.

Alternatively is there anyway I can locate which drivers are conflicting please.

The handset can see the base unit and the computer because the paging works and the time updates but the linksys options do not appear in Skype (2.5 is this a problem??)

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

First thing is the cit200 application must load and be connected to the handset and skype. If it is connected to the handset, but not skype you have to configure skype to connect to the cit200 program. If you have two opposing arrows next to the online indication, check to make sure that it says application SkypeDECT. If not you can try going into skype -> tools->options->privacy->related tasks->manage other programs access, and make sure to allow the CIT200.EXE program access. Try reloading the cit200 application if all else fails.
