OK, I finally switched to Tomato from Thibor 15c

Don't know what took me so long, maybe because Thibor 15c was working for me.

    I have two LANs (2 PCs+3PCs) connected using 2 WRT54GLs thru WDS and a few laptops/netbooks around
    the house.

All is fine, except my wife uses her 17" laptop in the kitchen. Kitchen seems like a blind spot for my main router. Numerous job as a house network administrator is not done right.

So today I've got my third WRT54GL, loaded Tomato 1.25, reconfigured it as a wireless client to the main router, connected to my wife's laptop, turned off the wifi card in her laptop..done! Took me less than 20 minutes from the time I unpacked my third WRT54GL.

    Wife is happy.

Many thanks tio the Tomato developers.

Got to keep the "lady of the house happy" even if is just for a little while!
Be it in the kitchen, or any other room in the house, for that matter!
Gives us more quality time with TOMATO!

    Whatever it takes!

Kitchens always have dead spots... Must be due to microwaves and fridges

Exactly. Now, let's see how my new WRT54Gl will handle it.

Unconditional love, that must be it.

I did not have an evil thoughts about the necessity of the extra WRT54GL just in case older one might die :D
