I just noticed the latest revision today: here.

This was the first SP1 beta that I've tried, and probably the last, since the final version is due out very soon, but I'm very impressed. I like how many of the settings can be changed and modified without reloading the entire page. It also seems fast and has a lot of monitoring tools (and overclocking! careful):

EDIT: This is the GS Mini version running on my WRT54GS v2, just fyi.

I just upgraded today on 1 of my routers. My most recent version was v23 2005.12.25, and I've got to say, this is IMPRESSIVE! I'm going to go load it on my other 2 routers, just wanted to comment on how kickass this thing is before my internet flashes off for a second :)

I've been following the betas since mid January. At times theres some showstopper bugs, but they get fixed quickly. On the whole it is a very fast firmware and feels more responsive than v23 final. The added new GUI features lately are a nerd's delight.

just installed lastest v23 sp1 (15-04-06) today and found out that the wireless encryption is not working, can't select any other values than disable state.

upgrade to v23, and wireless encryption is working properly now

    Same thing for me.

Toxic: Yup, I followed the directions on the wiki page exactly. Loaded Factory defaults, held reset button for 30 seconds, upgraded (old firmware was v23 dec 25 build), and then waited 5 min and then held reset for 30 more seconds.

dd-wrt.v23_vpn_wrt54g.bin is the firmware I upgraded to. It lets you select a new encryption, but doesnt bring up any of the settings related to the encryption scheme. Also hitting the save button does nothing. Reloading factory defaults also changes nothing.

Off hand i would say he is working his butt off.

We chated with him briefly since we found v23 would never reach full speed on bittorents.

Seems it had a leak which caused the router to stutter or restart but this problem is long gone in sp1.

We have tested all version and only one would overload and that was some time ago.

Off hand sp1 is looking to be the most stable version to date and looks great.

Does QoS work in this version? I read somewhere that it is broken in the beta versions

Only one way to find out my man :)
Im giving SP1 04-18 a go in the morning and ill let you know if QoS is working.

I moved to Thibor 14 due to v23 not being able to coap but i REALLY liked the features of DD-WRT.

Yes it was fixed some time ago from what i understand.

Looks like brainslayer knew about the issues with the leak and went crazy to get things fixed which he has.

The throughput for v23 is fine but the leak made it look like you weren't getting full speed downloads.

We have bet the hell out of it and found some minor things which get fixed before most ever see them and no major problems.

Its a big jump from v23 and a credit tobrainslayer for the work put in.
