Howdy every one. Im new to owning a wireless anything as of last night. I understand the basics of having an adapter and setting that up as well as a wireless router. Ive set many of those "normal" systems up without many problems. Now ive decided to try something new just to see if i can do it.

My neighbor and I want to "share" a broad band connection but both of us have several devices in each place that would need access to the network. One side is simple by just having a cable modem and a wireless router and bla bla it works great. but the other side needs some sort of wireless bridge that will connect into a router in the remote area allowing it to have its own network. Ideally each end of the network would be isolated from the other. I dont want to see his crap and he dosent want to see mine. I have a fairly new wap54g wireless AP that might be of some help I also have a fairly old wired router BEFSR41. Until we get this figured out my wired router will stay connected to my current cable modem.

I think ive put it all in here. I know its possible to do this but how hard would it be to set up?

Let me know what yall think
