2 days ago I upgraded the firmware on my WRT54G v2 router to HyperWRT 2.0. Following the upgrade, the reset button was pressed for 30 seconds and my settings re-entered.

This has worked fine until today, when the power got turned off on the router.
Since then I have no wireless connection. I have confirmed that the wireless cards work as they can connect to my old BEFW11S4 (on a different channel) without problem. I have reset the router and re-entered the settings, no wireless. I have reinstalled the original Linksys 2.02.7 firmware, reset the router, still no wireless. I have changed wireless channels and encryption.

I'm out of ideas to try. Has anyone got any thoughts or has it just died?

Thanks for the suggestion. I have upgraded to v3.03.6, but unfortunately this has made no difference.
I've tried setting wireless to disabled and back just in case, but still nothing.

No Wireless on WRT54G v2 after power cycle - resolved

After puzzling over this and concluding that the wireless on the WRT54G had just failed, I had cause to reboot both wireless routers.

I have found if the BEFW11S4 is off when the WRT54G is rebooted, then the wireless on the WRT54G works, if the BEFW11S4 is turned on when the WRT54G is rebooted, it doesn't.

Thought I'd post an update just in case it helps someone.
