I live spend part of the year in Brazil and the other part in the USA. I have an RT-N16 on a FIOS line setup in the USA and a WRT54GS on a 10 Megabit DSL line in Brazil. The Brazil setup is the best I can do in this area, no cable.
    The RT-N16 is running Tomato Firmware v1.28.7500 MIPSR2Toastman-RT K26 USB Ext while the WRT54GS is running Tomato Firmware v1.28.7821 MIPSR1-Toastman-ND K26 MiniIPv6.
I would like to be able to use my Hulu account in Brazil but it is geographically restricted, along with other various entertainment applications.
I understand that I can subscribe to a VPN service that will allow me to point my Brazil router to their server and be seen as located in the USA thus avoiding the geographical restrictions. But, I would like to avoid paying the fees, so I was thinking I could setup my own VPN server using my USA router.

Can I setup my router in the USA to act as a VPN server and then setup my Brazil router to connect to it and be seen as if located in the USA?
If so, how do I do that, having never done it before?
