I've been using the NSLU2 for longer than a year now. This weekend as it seems, the power unit broke down in a way that the leds on the unit still were on, but nothing worked otherwise. After replacing the power unit with a new one, the unit works again but I'm not able to configure the unit anymore.

    - After logging in as admin it says "unable to find samba information"
    - After I try to change IP back to the previous settings and save, it also cannot find the samba information
    - The same when I try to set the server name and windows workgroup
    - Restore to default settings also not succesfull for the same reason, but the error message changed to "Error: fail to get samba information".

The user data is still there because when I log in as a user within the NSLU web service, I can browse all files and open them.

The setup utility cannot find the unit. I think running this would be the start of the solution. Or using RedBoot? I hope not...

    R63 version.

Found this (http://www.linksysinfo.org/forums/showthread.php?t=50541) but didn't provide a real answer, exept for the RedBoot suggestion.

Any suggestions? How to set to default settings so that from there on I can continue? Thanks in advance!

Problem solved. Upgrade to R76 then restore to system defaults did it.
