I just upgraded to the final release of HyperWRT and now my connection to my Airport Express drops all the time.

With beta 3, I had everything working fine. Is it possible the upgrade changed my settings? Did the format change so that all the settings defaulted?

Of course, if everything was working, why did I change it, eh?

Try a ~30sec reset to factory defaults ...

Hold in the reset button for around 30 seconds It should be on the back. Use a paperclip or something like that.

You should normally do a reset after you flash new firmware. Keep in mind that you will loose all your settings and you will have to re-enter them again. If you have quite a few you may want to make a note of what they are in case you forget.
When you reset the router all its settings revert to the default values as if it just came out of the box.
