Just got a wrt54gx router and I'm trying to get hold of a pci card that will take advantage of the speed on this. I can't seem to find a WMP54GX pci card anywhere for sale here in the UK (well not at a decent price anyways). Anybody recommend a diff manufacturer maybe or do I have to stick to a WMP54GX to gain the speed? Will another manufacturer work maybe?

From Broadbandbuyer who is oe of Linksys UK leading retailers they say it is discountinied! I would guess there maybe similar products that other manuafacturers have but there would probably still be a compatability issue at stake.

It would see they have pulled these devices fro m the retailers for the release of the 300n series of PreN products :(

you could try phoning Linksys UK Tech support and ask them do they know of any stockist or can they supply a WMP54GX to you. its worth a try if nothing else.

Have a look at the review over at Tom'sNetworking

if another branded PCI supports "Airgo Networks' True MIMO technology" then it should work

Try to see if the Belkin F5D8000uk is still available. The Belkin used the same chipset as the SRX series.
